Dear Alyse,
Thank you very much for looking after me so well at the Red House. I enjoyed my stay with you very much and have come home relaxed and contented. I will miss my nice heated bed (mummy and daddy don't provide me with a heated bed at home).
I look forward to my next holiday with you in the Spring.

Our dog - loves staying here … really well looked after and clean . She is a real people’s dog and is always very happy ... would not hesitate to recommend .. The area for cats looks great too , had a look round as my mum wants to use for her cat next time .

Thank you very much for looking after Charlie for us. He looked amazing when we collected him. His fur looked so clean and he was rolling all over the rug and seemed very happy. I think he really enjoyed his holiday with you. Its so nice to know we can go away and he is so well looked after.
I think reviews are really nice to read because they make you happy knowing your pet will be well looked after when youare away.
Thank you again. Charlie looks so well. In fact I think his holiday with you was a real treat.

My cats Pumpkin and Arthur came to stay with you twice this year, and I would like to say how happy we were with the service we experienced at your lovely cattery.
You came recommended to us and you could not have been better. Your friendly staff were so welcoming, and clearly loved animals. In a lovely location, the cattery was clean, light, and airy, with spacious runs for the cats. When I came to see it before booking, I knew instantly that my cats would be at home with you and they loved it. When we collected them they were so relaxed, I think they would have happily stayed another week!

We just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after Miranda so well last week. We're always worried about leaving her but feel safe knowing she is at the Red House.
The girls obviously looked after her really well - she came home looking beautiful and seemed very relaxed and happy. Please could you pass on our thanks to them too? And thanks too for checking on Miranda and keeping such a close eye on her - we know you go above and beyond and really appreciate it.

Just wanted to say thank you for looking after Digby and Dahlia while I was away.
It was the longest i've been away from them and I loved knowing they were safe with you and having pictures to look at. They have settled back in very well and been at my side all day! Don't think they have missed me!

I just wanted to write and thank you so much for helping us out when we were so stuck in December. Darcy has obviously had a wonderful stay with you and was clearly spoiled by Santa!! She has settled back home so easily that she clearly found being with you a home from home.Thank you too for sending the photos. It just confirmed for my children that I am 'a crazy cat lady'

Thank you so much to Red House Boarding Kennels, Murton near York, for taking such good care of our catsduringour rather long house move. We visited regularly and always found them happy and content. The staff looking after them were excellent, kind and attentive to both the cats and their distracted owners. It made our lives much easier to know that they were being so well looked after.

Just a quick note to say thank you to you and your cattery staff once again. I collected Artie this morning and he looks fantastic as ever and seemed very relaxed.!
p.s our holiday on the isle of Harris was very wet so i reckon Artie probably had a better week than we did!

Just a wee overdue note to say thank you for looking after Heidi over the Christmas holiday while we were away. As always, we came back to find her healthy and in good spirits. Thank you too for her bag of Christmas presents and goodies. I’ve attached a photo of her playing with the toy she got from Red House. She loves it! It has her rolling back the years and acting like she’s 12 months old, rather than her 12 years.
